  • Can you help me update my existing website that another web firm built?

    No. We only support websites that we have fully built. We have this policy so that we can 100% stand behind everything that we craft. There are issues of liability of multiple programmers touching the same code over time.


  • Do you make us sign a contract?

    When you sign up with us for services, you will have to sign some documents, but we work on a month to month basis for the most part, so we don't have you sign a contract. We only require you to give us 30 days written notice to cancel service with our company.


    The exceptions to this are SEO services or if YOU request a contract. SEO services REQUIRE a written contract to allow time for the services to be effective.

  • Are any of my fees refundable?

    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any of our services.  We do offer a verity of gurantees.  We do not have contracts so you can restasured that your service is kept to the highest standards. 


  • How does the payment process work?

    For small projects, 50% of the estimated fee must be provided prior to beginning work, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the project. For larger projects, an initial payment representing one-third of the estimated total fee is required. The second payment is required upon the halfway point, with the final third due upon completion of the project.


  • How is my website backed up?

    We back up all of our client's websites daily, weekly and monthly on rotation to a 3rd party secure server out of the location of our web server. Our CMS includes version control that saves a restore point of a page every time it is saved. If a site is needed to be fully restored, there is no cost to the client


  • What kind of businesses do you work with?

  • What type of web server do you use use?

    We house all of our clients on a single dedicated server that we continually upgrade on a yearly basis, or as needed at our datacenter. We boast a 99% uptime!


  • Who will I work with during the project?

    This is a great question to ask and you should ask it of any web design and development firm you are considering. Many firms will farm out work to freelancers or interns. Some firms give little or no access to client’s who want to speak directly with their designers or developers. Our clients work directly with our tight knit crew. Who that will be depends on your project needs and what stage of the process you are in during the project.
